SUMMARY:

Miscellaneous sales and use tax exemptions. Grants sales and use tax exemptions for (i) certified pollution control equipment which has been certified by the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy; (ii) film production materials; (iii) video dialtone systems equipment; (iv) low-income elderly rental housing materials; (v) property donated for disaster relief purposes; and (vi) medical records purchased by attorneys.
