Sales and use tax exemption; National Genealogical Society. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1999, for purchases made by a nonprofit organization which promotes the field of genealogy by issuing publications and collecting, preserving and disseminating genealogical and historical data. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
