SUMMARY:

Public assistance. Revises statute providing that willful false statements or misrepresentations, impersonation, fraud, or failure to inform of changed circumstances to obtain public assistance is larceny and provides that the agency granting services shall investigate alleged violations and ensure notification of any investigation or alleged violation to the attorney for the Commonwealth.
