Claims; Grant, Junious and Jerline. Appropriates $987 from the Motor Vehicle Transaction Recovery Fund for the relief of Junious C. and Jerline D. Grant, Jr. who paid the motor vehicle sales and use tax to a dealer which failed to remit the fee to the Department of Motor Vehicles and subsequently went out of business.
