SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemption; Family Service of Roanoke Valley. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, to any nonprofit § 501 (c) (3) organization which provides services to families including professional counseling, home care aid, treatment for domestic violence, and casework services for older adults. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
