SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; Fairfax CASA, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, for tangible personal property purchased by a § 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization which is organized to provide volunteer court-appointed special advocates to assist abused and neglected children in court proceedings. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
