SUMMARY:
Administrative Process Act; publication of regulatory notices. Eliminates the requirement that regulatory notices be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the state capital and makes voluntary newspaper publication the responsibility of each agency. The bill continues to require that regulatory notices be published in the Virginia Register, the official state record of regulatory action.
