SUMMARY:
Joinder. Allows plaintiffs to be joined if their claims involve common issues of fact and arise out of the same transaction or occurrence or series of transactions or occurrences. A court may order severance on any or all issues or require special interrogatories if the defendant establishes that joinder will not promote the ends of justice or the efficient resolution of the claim.
