SUMMARY:

Peanuts. Increases the excise tax levied on peanuts from the current 10 cents per 100 pounds to 15 cents per 100 pounds. The money collected is placed into the Peanut Fund to be used for education, advertising, publicity, sales promotion and research as to Virginia peanuts.
