HB 1442 Membership of boards of equalization.

SUMMARY:

Membership of boards of equalization. Allows the maximum number of members that any county with the county executive form of government (Albemarle and Prince William) may have on its board of equalization to be equal to the number of supervisor districts in the county. Currently, all counties may have no less than three nor more than five members on their boards of equalization.
