SUMMARY:

Motor vehicle headlights. Authorizes volunteer rescue squad members' and volunteer fire fighters' privately owned vehicles to be equipped with automatically flashing headlights. This change does not allow these vehicles the same operational latitude afforded to “emergency vehicles,” nor does it require other motor vehicles to yield the right-of-way to them.
