SUMMARY:

Uniform Management of Institutional Funds Act; change in historic dollar value definition. Changes the definition of “historic dollar value” so that state colleges, universities and institutions may use the collective appreciation approach to determine historic dollar value based on a total institutional fund approach rather than tracking the historic dollar value of each individual endowment fund. The measure eases the administration of such funds.
