SUMMARY:

Nonresident fiduciaries. Adds nieces and nephews of the decedent to those persons who may serve as a personal representative or testamentary trustee for the decedent without the appointment of a cofiduciary who is a resident of the Commonwealth. The nonresident family member must post bond and designate a resident agent for service.
