SUMMARY:
Dangerous and vicious dogs. Authorizes Henry County to adopt an ordinance to control dangerous and vicious dogs. The bill clarifies that localities seeking to adopt a dangerous or vicious dog ordinance have to adopt an ordinance which follows the provisions of the state statute.
