SUMMARY:

Membership of Virginia Gas and Oil Board. Expands the membership of the Gas and Oil Board from seven to nine members. The bill increases the number of citizen members who are not representatives of the gas, oil, or coal industries from four to six. The citizen members will be required to be selected from different localities in Virginia in which gas or oil exploration or production is occurring.
