SUMMARY:

Access to health care facilities. Creates a new offense, punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor, for intentionally obstructing another's ingress to or egress from a health care facility or refusing to move after being asked to stop or move. A second offense within three years is punishable by a mandatory minimum fine of $2,000 and a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 days in jail.
