SUMMARY:
Child support; occupational license suspension. Authorizes an obligee or the Department of Social Services to petition for suspension of any state-issued authority to engage in a business, trade, profession or occupation when an obligor is delinquent in child support payments for 90 days or more or by $5,000 or more. Thirty days' notice must be given prior to filing the petition. The court may order reinstatement of the license upon compliance by the obligor.
