SUMMARY:
Conservation stamp. Establishes a voluntary conservation stamp. Persons who participate in any activity on property owned or managed by the Departments of Game and Inland Fisheries, Conservation and Recreation, Forestry, and Corrections, and VPI-SU are encouraged to purchase the three-dollar stamp. The revenue generated from the stamp will be used to purchase perpetual easements on lands adjacent to state-owned recreation lands, where people can engage in hunting, fishing and passive recreational activities.
