Woodrow Wilson Bridge and Tunnel Compact. Establishes, by compact with Maryland and the District of Columbia, the Woodrow Wilson Bridge and Tunnel District and a Commission by the same name for the purpose of financing and operating a bridge or tunnel crossing of the Potomac River to replace the existing Wilson Bridge.
