SUMMARY:
Victim-offender reconciliation program. Permits by local option the institution of a voluntary victim-offender reconciliation program which would provide for the confrontation, under certain conditions and within a controlled environment, of the victim and the offender or accused offender to allow direct presentation of grievances and negotiation of restitution.
