SUMMARY:

Wills. Allows a testator to incorporate a separate disposition of tangible personal property into a will so long as the separate writing is referred to in the will, is signed by the testator and notarized, and disposes of items of tangible personal property with individual values which do not exceed $250 or $1,000 in the aggregate. The writing disposing of the property may be modified from time to time after execution of the will so long as the changes are signed and notarized.
