SUMMARY:
Telephone Solicitation Protection Act. Creates the Telephone Solicitation Protection Act providing for the registration and regulation of telemarketers. Under the bill, buyers of consumer goods or services from such telemarketers have seven days to cancel purchases. The Consumer Affairs Division of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is charged with administering the Act's provisions.
