SUMMARY:
Accident and sickness insurance; mental health and substance abuse services. Requires individual policies and contracts of insurance to include coverage for outpatient mental health and substance abuse services. Currently, the provisions of subsection C of § 38.2-3412.1 --mandating coverage for a minimum of 20 visits for outpatient treatment per year -- apply only to group policies and contracts.
