SUMMARY:

Professions and occupations; registration of dealers in firearms. Requires all dealers in firearms to register with the State Police. The bill authorizes the Superintendent of the State Police to promulgate regulations relating to such registration. The bill provides for revocation of the registration under certain circumstances. The bill also contains technical amendments.
