SUMMARY:
Administration of the government; Virginia Human Rights Act. Clarifies that the sole and exclusive remedy for claims arising under the public policies of the act are those afforded by applicable federal civil rights laws. Allows a person to bring an action in state court actionable under federal law upon exhaustion of administrative remedies even if the person would have no standing in federal court.
