SUMMARY:
Summary judgment. Repeals the section which precludes sustaining a motion to strike or a motion for a summary judgment on the basis of depositions unless the parties agree to such use of the depositions. This bill is recommended by the Civil Litigation Section of the Virginia Bar Association.
