SUMMARY:

Economic impact analysis of bills promulgating regulations. Provides that the Department of Planning and Budget will conduct an economic impact analysis of any bill that requires the promulgation of regulations by a state agency. The bill cannot be printed or considered until the analysis is done, and the analysis must be printed as a part of the bill.
