Agreed to by the Senate, February 25, 1995

RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to a general district court judgeship, as follows:

Gammiel G. Poindexter, Esquire, of Surry, as a judge of the Sixth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing September 1, 1995.
