RESOLVED by the Senate, That, in accordance with the provisions of § 2.1-639.42, the Senate confirms the following nominations by the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections for membership on the Senate Ethics Advisory Panel:

The Honorable Linwood Holton, 6010 Clairborne Drive, McLean, Virginia 22101, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 1995; and

The Honorable William B. Spong, Jr., 351 Middle Street, Portsmouth, Virginia 23703, for a term of four years beginning July 1, 1995.
