RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assemnly confirm the following interim appointments made by Governor George Allen related to transportation and communicated to the General Assembly by his letter dated January 6, 1995:

Medical Advisory Board for the Department of Motor Vehicles:

Harold T. Green, Jr., M.D., 2421 Chamberlayne Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23222, Chairman, effective October 1, 1994, to serve for a term of four years, ending September 30, 1998, to succeed himself;

C. Foster Jennings, Jr., Suite 101, 7702 Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia 23294, Member, effective October 1, 1994, to serve for a term of four years, ending September 30, 1998, to succeed Donald W. Drew, M.D.; and
