RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following interim appointments made by Governor George Allen related to natural resources and communicated to the General Assembly by his letter dated January 6, 1995:

Alexandria Historical Restoration and Preservation Commission:

Polly Norment Burke, 109 Prince Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, Member, effective July 31, 1994, to serve for a term of four years, ending July 30, 1998, to succeed A. Roy Heron, Jr.

Board of Trustees of the Virginia Museum of Natural History:

Joseph McLawhorn, 116 Autumn Drive, Collinsville, Virginia 24078, Member, effective October 3, 1994, to serve for an unexpired term, ending June 30, 1998, to succeed Zachary P. Hairston, Sr., resigned.
