Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 54.1-2710 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 54.1-2710. Practicing dentistry without license.

It Notwithstanding the provisions of § 54.1-103C, it shall be unlawful for any person to practice dentistry or to receive a license from any commissioner of the revenue to practice dentistry, unless he has passed the examination and obtained a license.
