Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding any contrary regulation or action of the Commonwealth Transportation Board:

1. The toll for vehicular use of the James River ferry between Scotland and Jamestown shall be two dollars per vehicle per one-way trip.

2. There shall be no expiration date for discount tickets issued for use of the James River ferry between Scotland and Jamestown, regardless of when those tickets are or may have been issued.

3. On January 1, 1996, the Commonwealth Transportation Board shall cease the collection of tolls for the use of the ferry across the James River between Scotland and Jamestown.
