Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 2.1-345 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 2.1-345. Public bodies to which chapter inapplicable.
The provisions of this chapter shall not be applicable to the Virginia
Parole Board, petit juries, grand juries, family assessment and
planning teams established pursuant to § 2.1-753, and the Virginia State
Crime Commission.
