Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Counties of Culpeper, Fairfax, Arlington, Lancaster and Albemarle and the City of Hopewell are hereby authorized to establish within their general district courts small claims courts divisions, which shall be designated the small claims courts, pursuant to the provisions of § 16.1-122.1.
