Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-729.1 as follows:

§ 46.2-729.1. Special license plates for members of county boards of supervisors.

On application therefor the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to members of county boards of supervisors. No combination of letters and numbers on any license plate issued under this section shall contain the letters “BOS.”
