Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 8.01-581.014 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 8.01-581.014. Court; jurisdiction.

The term "court" means a circuit court of this Commonwealth having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the controversy.
