VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 22.1-212.1:1, relating to single-sex education. [H 2419] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 22.1-212.1:1 as follows:

§ 22.1-212.1:1. Single-sex education.

Consistent with constitutional principles, a school board may establish single-sex classes in the public schools of the school division.
