LD3012364Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 30-19.3:1 as follows:
§ 30-19.3:1. Limiting introduction of legislation.
No member of the General Assembly shall introduce at any regular session of the General Assembly more than fifteen bills or joint resolutions. This limitation shall not apply to any bill or joint resolution that is prefiled as provided in § 30-19.3.
