Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended and by adding a section numbered 20-108.3 as follows:

§ 20-108.3. Accounting for child support received.

Upon petition of the person paying child support and for good cause shown, the court which entered an order for child support or which has jurisdiction over enforcement of the order may order the person receiving support to furnish the petitioner with a regular summary of expenses paid on behalf of the child. The court’s order shall prescribe the form and substance of the summary.
