LD7733152Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 31-7 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 31-7. When court to appoint curator; his bond; powers and duties.
Until a guardian shall have given gives bond, or while
there is no guardian, the court or judge may, from time to time,
shall appoint a curator, who shall give bond as aforesaid,
and during the continuance of his trust have all the powers and perform all
the duties of a guardian, and be responsible in the same way.
