Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-743.1 as follows:

§ 46.2-743.1. Special license plates honoring veterans of World War II.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant special license plates honoring veterans of World War II.
