Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-749.6 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.6. Special license plates celebrating Native American heritage.

On receipt of an application, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates celebrating Native American heritage.
