CHAPTER 404 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 22.1-291.1, relating to elementary school teachers. [H 2547] Approved March 18, 1995

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 22.1-291.1 as follows:

§ 22.1-291.1. Planning time for elementary school teachers.

Each school board shall seek to ensure that all elementary school teachers in its employment are provided planning time.
