CHAPTER 12 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 7.1-40.2:2, relating to the designation of the official motor sports museum of the Commonwealth. [H 1674] Approved February 21, 1995

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 7.1-40.2:2 as follows:

§ 7.1-40.2:2. Official motor sports museum.

The "Wood Brothers Racing Museum and Virginia Motor Sports Hall of Fame," located in Patrick County, is hereby designated the official motor sports museum of the Commonwealth.
