1995 SESSION
(HB2175)GOVERNOR'S VETO EXPLANATION
Pursuant to § 6 of Article V of the Constitution of Virginia, I am vetoing House Bill 2175.
Senate Bill 665, patroned by Senator E. M. Holland, was signed into law during the recent session as Chapter 20 of the 1995 Virginia Acts of Assembly. That bill was a duplicate of House Bill 2175 and, since the additional judgeships authorized by that act have already been elected, this bill is unnecessary.
