SUMMARY:

Courtroom environment. Requests the Department of Criminal Justice Services, in consultation with the Executive Director of the Supreme Court, to develop and implement a training package on modifications to the courtroom environment for child victims involved in cases of abuse and neglect for use by allied professionals (e.g., child protective service workers, juvenile and domestic relations district court service units, court-appointed special advocates and victim/witness programs, and attorneys for the Commonwealth).
