SUMMARY:

Automated monitoring of court-ordered treatment. Requests the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court, with the Departments of Youth and Family Services and Social Services, to assess the feasibility of developing an automated system to monitor the follow-through of parties in court-ordered treatment for abused and neglected children and their families.
