SUMMARY:

Stormwater Management study. Continues the Joint Subcommittee studying the Efficiency of the Storm Water Permitting and Management Practices of the Commonwealth. In addition to its original charge, the joint subcommittee is requested to review methods for watershed planning, means of providing technical assistance to localities, long-term maintenance of storm water management facilities, and local enforcement.
