SUMMARY:

Commending, congratulatory, and memorial legislation. Prohibits, upon the adjournment sine die of the 1994 Regular Session of the General Assembly and thereafter, the introduction and consideration of certain commending, congratulatory, and memorial legislation as provided in the introduced version of House Joint Resolution No. 2. As an alternative, members may request a certificate of commendation or condolence, designed and prepared by the respective clerks, for presentation at any time during the calendar year.
